Refund and Withdrawal Policy

This policy explains how billing issues, refunds, cancellation, and digital-access withdrawal are handled for ArtwithWhy Premium.

1. What is sold

ArtwithWhy Premium is a recurring digital subscription that unlocks additional features inside the app. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected billing period until cancelled. Billing, taxes, invoices, and payment collection are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record.

3. Withdrawal and immediate digital access

Premium access is supplied immediately after payment confirmation. Where consumer law requires it, checkout must ask the customer to acknowledge immediate performance and the related consequences for the statutory withdrawal right.

4. When refunds are normally granted

  • duplicate charges;
  • technical failures that prevented activation of the purchased access;
  • fraudulent or unauthorized transactions after verification;
  • cases where a refund is required by applicable law.

5. Cancellation

Customers can cancel future renewals through the Lemon Squeezy billing tools or by following the cancellation path communicated at checkout and in the receipt.
